As Managing Partner at M A Partners Global, a premier consulting firm specializing in capital advisory and strategic growth, Michael brings an elite caliber of experience that spans private equity, real estate development, venture capital, and emerging technologies.

Throughout his career, Michael has built and exited multiple 7- and 8-figure enterprises, led transformative real estate projects—including major subdivisions and institutional-grade storage developments—and personally closed over $100 million in high-stakes transactions. His investment portfolio spans more than 300 companies across diverse sectors, and he has collaborated directly with billionaires and nine-figure entrepreneurs to drive growth, unlock value, and execute vision at scale.

Michael’s current focus is on high-impact, legacy-defining ventures. These include a $13.5 billion Paramount Pictures buyout initiative, a landmark $1.365 billion Miami real estate development, and the Secret Seller Network, a platform he co-founded with over $500 billion in listed assets and investment opportunities. He is also a founding partner of 24/7 VA, a global leader in premium virtual assistant services.

From the outset of co-founding M A Partners Global, Antony Ponnaiya envisioned a firm dedicated to guiding exceptional companies through strategic growth, capital formation, and lasting impact. As Managing Partner, he helps lead a high-level advisory and capital consultancy practice focused on scaling established enterprises and positioning them for successful exits. With years of success in leadership across corporate, entrepreneurial, and investment domains, his work spans a range of industries including retail, consumer goods, real estate, technology, and private equity—with particular depth in capital markets, mergers and acquisitions, and global growth strategy.

Antony began his career in the retail sector, progressing from frontline roles to executive leadership within a Fortune 10 company, where he played a pivotal role in designing and implementing a national training protocol that contributed to increasing divisional revenues from $890 million to $4.8 billion within a single fiscal year. He left his MBA program after the first year to fully pursue this career path, alongside the launch of independent ventures. Earlier in his academic journey, he transitioned from a pre-medical biology track to complete his undergraduate studies in philosophy, with a minor in sociology and religious studies—an interdisciplinary foundation that sharpened his ability to approach business with a strong sense of moral imperative and critical reasoning. This perspective continues to shape his work, guiding ventures where strategic outcomes are deeply aligned with principles of shared value, responsible leadership, and long-term human impact.

Among his early ventures, he founded a coffee company from the ground up, meticulously developing its brand and building robust distribution channels that enabled strategic regional expansion across the NYC Metro and Long Island markets, ultimately leading to a successful exit. His passion for craftsmanship later led him to the wine industry, where he became a hands-on winemaker and built a wine brand from the ground up. Personally involved in the harvest and production process, he worked with carefully selected grapes from Napa and Sonoma to create small-batch vintages. The brand now operates under an exclusive allocation model, and the business has expanded globally through equity ownership in wine farms and spirits operations across Italy and broader Europe. One of his wine ventures was acquired in an eight-figure transaction by a global beverage group.

In addition to his operational work, Antony has served in board advisory roles across finance, consumer goods, and technology, supporting firms in strategic expansion, capital structure, and growth planning. He also co-founded a nonprofit focused on combating child hunger in underserved regions, with a goal of delivering one million meals by the end of 2026.

Most recently, Antony served as Chief Strategy Officer for a technology firm in the AI sector. There, he led capital strategy and go-to-market efforts, contributing to the company’s growth from a $50 million valuation to over $1 billion in advance of a planned public listing.

Drawing on a history of successful exits and deep cross-sector experience, Antony now works closely with founders, executive teams, and institutional stakeholders to unlock growth opportunities, shape high-impact strategies, and help companies position for transformational outcomes.
